Fuchka or Pani Puri or Golgappa is one of the best and most popular Indian
Street Food product. Indian street food snacks are always best in business, when
it comes about the taste buds of millions of food lovers across India, but
sometimes they would have suffer from hygienic issues. Mainly after the COVID –
19 restriction period, most people have their concern about hygiene and
cleanliness on those popular street foods and starting to avoid due to health issues.
From then, our journey starts with the wish to serve street foods in a
proper hygienic way in very organized manner. Along with Traditional Fuchkas,
we come up with near about 50 different types of Fusion Fuchka variants – Veg,
Non-veg, Dessert & more.
There is certainly a story behind our simple start up. Our Founder, Mr.
Smarajit Mondal, was a lecturer at a Diploma Engineering College (2013-2017) and
after that being an entrepreneur, ran his own Coaching Institute “EXCELLENCE –
An Educational Journey” in Kolkata very successfully. But in 2020, during COVID
Pandemic time Government restrictions and Lockdown period, all coaching
centre offices had to be closed though coaching classes of students were
running smoothly by online mode. Suddenly in November 2020, our Owner
helped himself with an innovative idea only to utilize his Home Coaching Centre
Branch Office Space (Nimta, Belghoria Branch), which is a really small one, only
60 – 70 sq. ft. space , his initial idea was to ran this start up with the help of all
Coaching Staffs until his coaching mode becomes Offline again. That’s when our
journey started from 9 th December, 2020. We never thought about these kind of
customer’s reaction and these kind of success in this competitive field, but within
just 2-3 months, most of the local people started to love our innovations and then
we all notice a huge possibility of bright future of our brand – FUCHHKA . COM.
So, even after another lockdown period in 2021, we never look behind and started
a new chapter of FUCHHKA . COM near Belghoria Railway Station with
comparatively large space (Approx. 400 sq. ft.) according to previous one with
small seating capacity from 1 st October, 2021 onwards and being loved by our
customer once again. Now we gladly offer the best food and consistently
experiment to make our customers happy.
We already served more than 30,000 plates of fuchkasonly within a span of
one and half years along with other popular street foods like Momo, Burger,
Sandwich, Cutlets, Chinese Items, Mocktails etc.
